If you are having problems logging in please try the following:

1. Ensure that your login id is correct. If you cannot remember your login id you can use your e-mail address instead.
2. If you cannot remember your password click on the "Request new password" Tab, enter your e-mail address and you will automatically be sent an e-mail with a new password. Note that passwords are case sensitive so ensure that you don't have your caps lock on.
3. If you still cannot log in please contact our support team at support@osnz.org.nz.
